Charging at home

Charging at home from 20 to 80%

On the residential tariff, the time makes no difference: the same price at any hour. With an EV meter, charge in its off-peak hours (0h00 to 6h00, also noon to 4pm and all day on Sunday).

With 10,000 km a year, always charging at home costs about €286 on the residential tariff and €256 with an EV meter: you save 30 € a year. The EV meter has its own monthly charge (€4 single-phase, €6 three-phase), and it also stops the car pushing the whole home into a dearer band.

Prices including 5% VAT, Enemalta residential bands and EV meter tariff, checked on 2026-10. Service charge not included. Includes 10% charging losses.
